Getting started with Klausi
Find your way around the new navigation, create your first task and configure the settings you need now.
On this page
Before you start
- You have a Klausi account and are signed in.
- Your first task does not require a project or client.
Open in Klausi (sign-in required)
Find your way around
- Open Home. On desktop, use the sidebar; on a phone, open the main navigation using the button at the top.
- Open “Work”. It contains Projects, Tasks, Notes & knowledge, Documents, Time and Reports.
- Use Acquisition for Deals, Funnels and Booking, Finance for financial work, and Presence for public pages and Share & Protect.
Some items may be missing or locked depending on your enabled features, device and access. Check hidden items under More → Customize menu.
Capture your first task
- Open Work → Tasks. This opens the task overview at /aufgaben.
- Choose “New task”. On a phone, use the plus button at the top of this overview.
- Enter a specific title in the detail view, such as “Review proposal draft”. Add text below it if needed.
- Wait for the save status. Details save automatically; the step-by-step guide also explains project assignment and scheduling.
Some labels in the task editor are currently German, including “Gespeichert” for saved. The task guide identifies these labels.
Set up your profile and menu
- Open More → Settings → Account & Profile. Check your details and confirm profile changes with “Save”.
- Under “Language”, choose DE or EN if you want to change the interface language.
- Then open More → Customize menu and show or hide the items you need for your work.
Hiding menu items does not delete content. Company details, Work areas and AI consent have separate settings sections.
Choose your next step
Choose the workflow you actually need. You do not have to configure every area before starting with tasks.
If you get stuck
- Menu item missing: open More → Customize menu and check its visibility.
- Task not visible: open the task list and check the view and search filters before creating it again.
- Sign-in or saving fails: note the affected step and error message without confidential content. Use the support channel you can access.
