Use and customise navigation

Understand the main areas

• Home opens your starting point. Brain is the area for connected content; older links still use /kosmos.
• Work groups Projects, Tasks, Notes & knowledge, Documents, Time and Reports.
• Acquisition groups Deals, Funnels and Booking.
• Finance contains Overview and Travel Expenses.
• Share documents is a main area of its own. Presence groups Creator Site, Notion Control, All shares and Live translation.
• More contains additional actions, including Settings and Customize menu.

This describes the structure. The subitems actually visible and usable depend on your enabled features and access rights.

Open an area

1. On desktop, choose a main area in the sidebar. On a phone, first open the main navigation using the button at the top.
2. Open the subitem you need, such as Work → Tasks or Presence → All shares.
3. Use the view selector provided within an area. The task overview is at /aufgaben and the list view is at /aufgaben/liste.

Show or hide menu items

1. Open “More” and choose “Customize menu”. The customisation panel opens.
2. Find the relevant item and change its visibility or feature switch.
3. Wait for the change to finish, then close the panel. There is no additional Save step.
4. Open the main navigation again and check the item. You can enable a hidden item again in the same panel.

Hiding an item does not delete its content. Add-on visibility, such as Funnels, is managed for the workspace. All shares always stays visible so you can end links at any time. Other personal menu preferences apply to your user.

If an item is missing or locked

• Missing: check More → Customize menu and your current workspace.
• Locked: making an item visible does not grant extra permissions or plan features. Check the access requirement displayed.
• Device-specific: Recordings appears in the menu only in the directly downloaded Mac app.
• Loading error in the customisation panel: use the retry action and check your connection.
