Open “More” and choose “Customize menu”. The customisation panel opens.
Find the relevant item and change its visibility or feature switch.
Wait for the change to finish, then close the panel. There is no additional Save step.
Open the main navigation again and check the item. You can enable a hidden item again in the same panel.
Hiding an item does not delete its content. Add-on visibility, such as Funnels and Share & Protect, is managed for the workspace. Other personal menu preferences apply to your user.
If an item is missing or locked
Missing: check More → Customize menu and your current workspace.
Locked: making an item visible does not grant extra permissions or plan features. Check the access requirement displayed.
Device-specific: Recordings appears in the menu only in the directly downloaded Mac app.
Loading error in the customisation panel: use the retry action and check your connection.
