How it works
Live in one minute.
No tech crew, nothing for the audience to install — a microphone and a browser are enough.
Create the event
Pick the source and target language — one target language per session to keep things simple on stage.
Show the link or QR
Every event has a public link and a QR code. Viewers need no app and no account — no matter how many.
Just speak
Klausi transcribes live and translates in real time. Viewers read along on their phones — or everyone together on the projector.
13 languages, fair limits
Live translation is a Pro feature: 120 minutes per month included, Free tests with 5 minutes. Processing happens in the EU; only the text history is stored — deletable and exportable as .txt.
Projector mode
Big enough for
the back row.
Every event has its own projector view: the current sentence large, history below. Three themes, three sizes, a custom footer. Try the switches:
- A dedicated /beamer URL per event — just open it on the projector
- Three themes: dark, cream, green
- Three font sizes — up to hall-sized
- A footer you can fill with the event name and link
Feel free to just call out your questions at any time.
The slides will be posted in the foyer from tonight.

Frequent questions
Questions about live translation.
What does live translation cost?
It belongs to the Pro plan: 120 minutes per month are included. On the Free plan you can test with 5 minutes per month; extra packs with 120 minutes cost €10.
Which languages are supported?
Thirteen: German, English, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Greek, and Arabic. You pick one target language per session; viewers switch between original and translation.
Do viewers need an app or an account?
No. Viewers open the event link or scan the QR code — that is it. The number of people reading along is not limited.
Is the audio recorded?
No. The audio is processed live in the EU and not stored. Only the text history is kept — you can copy it, download it as .txt, or delete it entirely.
How do I get the captions on the big screen?
Every event has its own projector view under /beamer: the current sentence large, history below, three themes and three font sizes. Just open the URL on the projector machine.
How reliable is the translation with dialect or technical terms?
Recognition runs automatically, and quality depends on audio quality and pronunciation. Clearly spoken standard German works best; heavy dialect, mumbling, or lots of technical terms can cause errors. It is a solid live aid, but not a guarantee like a human interpreter.
What do I need technically — does it work on poor Wi-Fi?
At the lectern you need a microphone, a browser, and a stable internet connection. On weak Wi-Fi the translation can stutter. Your audience only needs a phone with internet and the QR code — no app, no account.
Can I export the transcript as SRT?
You can copy the history or download it as a .txt file. There is no SRT/VTT export for video editing.
