Availability

Your week sets the rules.

Set weekly rules (“Mon and Wed, 9–12”) — Klausi fills a year of availability from them. Exceptions like vacation block single days. Try it:

  • Weekly rules instead of managing slots by hand
  • Exceptions: block a vacation day or open an extra window
  • Notice (1–48 h) and booking window (7–90 days)
Weekly rule · 09:00–12:00

The difference

Calendly can do this too. Just not for free and in the EU.

Calendly, Cal.com & co. book slots — but team features cost money, the servers sit in the US, and the free tier stops at one event type. Klausi books in the EU, for free, and with no link limit.

With Calendly & co.

  • Team features only in the paid plan
  • Server location usually in the US
  • Limits in the free tier
  • Only one event type for free
Paid & external

With Klausi

  • Free & unlimited booking links
  • GDPR & EU hosting
  • Your own /meet address
  • Password protection (encrypted)
It’s yours

Book without paying for it — from the first link.

Frequent questions

Questions about booking.

How is Klausi different from Calendly or Cal.com?

Klausi is free, GDPR-compliant with EU hosting, has no link limit, and gives you your own /meet address. In exchange there’s no two-way calendar sync — but booking is connected directly to clients, projects, and hours.

What does booking cost?

Nothing. Booking links belong to Klausi’s free core — with no limit on the number of links.

Can I create several event types?

Yes. You create as many booking links as you like — each with its own duration, location, and settings. That’s free too.

How do time zones work?

Your link has a home time zone; guests see and book slots in theirs automatically. Both emails show the matching local time.

Can guests cancel?

Yes. Every confirmation contains a personal cancel link — if the guest cancels, you get an email immediately.

Can I protect booking links?

Yes. Optional password protection (stored encrypted), an expiry date per link, and a switch against double bookings.

Do I lose my calendar sync?

Klausi has no automatic two-way sync. But every booking reaches your calendar via an ICS file and an “add to calendar” button — and the slot is linked to client and project right away.

The next appointment
books itself.

Create the link, set a weekly rule, share — done. And it costs nothing.
