Frequent questions
Questions about booking.
How is Klausi different from Calendly or Cal.com?
Klausi includes three active booking links for free, GDPR-compliant EU hosting, and your own /meet address. Pro adds unlimited links and smart scheduling — bookings stay connected to clients, projects, and hours.
What does booking cost?
Three active booking links are part of Klausi’s free core. Paused links remain saved; Pro unlocks unlimited active links and advanced tools.
Can I create several event types?
Yes. Free lets you keep three booking links active at once. Additional links remain saved while paused; Pro removes the active-link limit.
How do time zones work?
Your link has a home time zone; guests see and book slots in theirs automatically. Both emails show the matching local time.
Can guests cancel?
Yes. Every confirmation contains a personal cancel link — if the guest cancels, you get an email immediately.
Can I protect booking links?
Yes. Optional password protection (stored encrypted), an expiry date per link, and a switch against double bookings.
Do I lose my calendar sync?
Klausi has no automatic two-way sync. But every booking reaches your calendar via an ICS file and an “add to calendar” button — and the slot is linked to client and project right away.
