Analytics
Know what
actually got read.
Every document share counts views and visitors — and measures per PDF page how long it stayed visible. Click through the visitors:
- Views, unique visitors, and avg. reading time at a glance
- Reading time per page — you see where readers drop off
- With the email gate, each session shows the address
- A notification in Klausi as soon as someone opens it
Reading time per page (avg.)
Tip: page 4 is the pricing page — everyone lingers here.

Frequent questions
Questions about sharing.
Which files can I share?
PDF and Word (.docx/.doc) up to 50 MB. Klausi automatically converts Word files to PDF on upload.
Can I see who reads my document?
You see views, unique visitors, reading time per page, and how far people read. With the email gate on, each session also shows the visitor’s address.
How is Klausi different from DocSend?
Cheaper and integrated: sharing is part of Klausi Pro, not a separate subscription. Your data is stored GDPR-compliant in the EU, and shared documents live right next to the project and client — instead of in a standalone US tool.
Can I revoke a link?
Yes, deactivate any time — effective immediately. Optionally, an expiry date locks the link automatically on the set day.
Can recipients download the PDF?
Yes. It is only delivered via short-lived, signed tokens — but there is no download block or watermarking.
How does the Notion protection work?
You store the Notion URL and a password and share the kla.to link. After the correct password, Klausi redirects to the real Notion page; visits are counted anonymously.
What does it cost?
Notion protection is free. Document shares with analytics belong to the Pro plan — up to 10 documents with 5 links each.
